Mission

• The Army Research, Technology and Protection Center's (ARTPC) mission is to lead the improvement of research & technology protection (RTP) across the Army.
• Identify systemic problems, recommend complete solutions.
• Integrate and synchronize stakeholder efforts.

Functions

• Establish consistency and standardization in:
  • Critical Program Information (CPI) Determination Process
  • Conduct of Protection Planning Activities
• Provide Subject Matter Expert to assist in identifying and protection of CPI
• Provide and maintain cadre of RTP Subject Matter Experts

• Army Material Command; Research, Development and Engineering Command
• Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics & Technology
