Interoperability and Plans Division is responsible for the policy, planning and oversight of intelligence communications requirements related to LandWarNet (LWN), for the programming planning, budgeting and execution of Joint Mobile Intelligence Communications System (JMICS) and Containerized Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications Systems (C-JWICS), the programming, planning, and budgeting of the TROJAN program, planning of the Joint Information Environment (JIE), and planning, policy, programming, and budgeting of Army IT Management. Additionally the Interoperability and Plans Division is responsible for policy, planning, programming, and oversight with respect to analytics, data, knowledge management and information standards, and sharing for the Distributed Common Ground System - Army (DCGS-A), as well as the policy and planning for standards, interoperability, and information sharing with regards to Identity Management, Forensics, and Document and Media Exploitation.
