Video-Teleconferences (VTCs)


The DAMI-CD SCI Policy Office hosts VTCs on a quarterly basis to provide the most current policy and upcoming events concerning SCI Policy. Invitations are sent to all Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands and Direct Reporting Units to ensure they are afforded the opportunity to engage in open dialogue to discuss issues/concerns that their command’s are experiencing or see developing. This also provides a medium for all ACOMs/ASCCs/DRUs to hear their particular issues discussed at HQDA level.

Topics for Discussion
The SCI Policy Office requests that participants submit their questions or topics for discussion at least one week prior to the VTC. Requests can be submitted to: dcsg2cdspolicy@mi.army.mil Once all topics have been consolidated, an agenda will be sent out within 48 hours of the VTC. The VTC will be held at the UNCLASSIFIED level.

VTC Participation
The following information is required from each participant AT LEAST one week prior to the scheduled VTC:
  1. UNCLASS DVS Site IDS
  2. POC name and phone number
Participants will be able to sign in/call in around 1250 and the VTC will begin promptly at 1300.

Conference Call Line
During all VTCs, a conference line is made available to participants who are not able to connect via VTC.
