The Army G-2 participates in the Army Protection Program Assessments under G34 aimed to conduct higher headquarters assessment of all ACOMs, ASCCs, DRUs and the ARNG. The purpose is to provide an independent review using DoD and Army Standards to assess Army Protection Programs, facilitate protection program improvement, evaluate compliance with applicable regulations, better utilize competing resources, and identify and disseminate trends Army wide.
