        Develop and Implement a uniform application of SETA policy
        Provide SETA advise and assistance to all commands
        Provide strategic communication support to all commands

        Establish an Army Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) program
        Provide working group support to DSTC
        Represent Army at all working groups in support of SETA/SPeD
        Develop Marketing plan
