The HQDA, ODCS, G-2, Thomas Dillon Award for Security Excellence presents an annual honorary award to an Army security professional who has made outstanding contributions in support of security programs. The purpose of the HQDA, ODCS, G-2, Thomas Dillon Award for Security Excellence, is to recognize Army security professionals who have demonstrated outstanding, innovative individual and/or team performance and contributions in fulfilling security duties or establishing security programs that further the Army's security posture. The award is designed to reflect unique and important contributions made by Army security professionals and is a way for the HQDA, ODCS, G-2 to recognize, celebrate and take pride in their achievements.
